Yea...sorta....

Our seniors go thru a leadership class in during the winter. I leave a lot of that stuff to the leaders of the team. I'm a high school coach, I'm not trying to get scholarships for every kid. I'm trying to do other stuff.

And we play our fair share of kickball and dodgeball, mostly because it's fun, my kids love dodgeball. The last thing any of us want late in the year during a rain day is to be stuck in the gym doing the same boring stuff we did all winter.
