Did anybody catch any games at the Irving Gold Invitational?

Yes. Baylor, Texas Tech, Tulsa, Central Arkansas, Louisiana Tech, UTEP and a few other colleges were out recruiting. Alot of top teams and good games, but you could tell it is early and teams are still missing a few players and moving kids around.

What do you mean?

You could tell that some teams that are usually loaded were probably missing kids at the State Tournament. Many of the teams only had 9 players with them and they probably had some out of position. Also watched a team that didnt want to show their Ace and all their weapons to certain teams that they may have to play in future qualifiers so they left many of their starters and signed kids on the bench against better teams. I thought that was funny but probably smart.
