How do you find tournaments to sign up for in your area?

Ok, I have a relative that lives in Oklahoma and he asked me to find tournaments in Texas for his 8U machine pitch softball team. I always go to the VTD boards at www.fastpitchsoftball.net but there are not that many tournaments listed for 8U machine pitch. Is there any other websites out there where I can find him tournaments to sign up for? He is mainly looking for the DFW area. Thanks

There are not any machine pitch leagues that I know of in the Houston and South of Houston area. Most machine pitch leagues I know of are in the Longview/Texarkana area and yes that area would post on VTD. The Houston area post there tournaments on eteamz,Heybucket and fastpitchdirt. I hope I could help a little.

Arlington Girls Softball Association http://www.arlingtonsoftball.com and Mansfield Girls Softball Association http://www.mgsa.com Run lots of 8U tournaments. Teams from Austin and Houston area come up to play as well.

8U machine pitch tournaments in the DFW area can be found under registerasa.com
After you click on the tournament link enter Girls Fast Pitch B 8/Under on the "Class" drop down menu.
Mansfield, Arlington, and Mesquite have 8U tournaments on a regular basis.
Hope this helps!

It is much easier to go to www.fortworthasa.com or www.dallasasa.com
They both have all the DFW tournaments listed.
If you have any problems or questions call the TD's they are really helpful!
