Which is the best tournament in Colorado for 18 & 16. Independence, Fireworks, other. And why

Independence Day in Boulder is 16u and 18u and I believe invitiation only. Very difficult to get into if you are a new team. Very well attended by college coaches.
Fireworks in Aurora Colorado is 12u-18u and is larger than Boulder. Somewhat easier to get into. Very well attended by college coaches.
Sparkler- run by Triple Crown Sports, 10u-18u, fairly easy to get into. Typically college coaches with smaller schools attend this.
Just depends what you can get into and what kind of competition you are looking for.

1) Independence... more prestigious... team are invited, Good ole boys/better teams, coaches attend... well attended
2) Fireworks.... oldest of the tournaments, more teams, coaches attend, issues with fields, issues with Tournament Director
3) Sparkler, ... limited amount of coaches will attend, This tournament if you can't get in the other two.

The NFCA camps are well attended at both the Sparkler and Fireworks.
Independence/Louisville tournament is seen as the best of the tournaments and it is the good old boy system at it's best. You must be invited and if you are a new kid on the block no way unless you used to be an old kid. Yep coaches migrate there more than the other two once games get started.
Historically what has been mentioned is correct for the Fireworks and Sparkler. But as of this year Triple Crown is in charge of both tournaments. This year they pretty much seem to have operated independently but I would figure that will change over next couple years.

This may be a good thing for the Fireworks as they have had a bad reputation in the past with entry fees, refunds and overall tournament management.
