King of Swing - 12U's let's go..

I occasionally read this board and see it as an interesting forum. I find the talk about the 12u teams interesting especially when people start rating teams they've never seen play.

There is a great opportunity coming up to get the top 12u teams together. The Diamonds are hosting a King of Swing Tournament in Forney 5/1-5/3. Many good 12u A teams are signing up for the 14u bracket. The listing as of 3/19 is below. It's 2 weeks before the HOF qualifier so it'll give you a chance to see many of the other teams. This will be a fun opportunity for all. It would be fun to see other top teams from around the state show up. There's plenty of room left in the bracket. Obviously travel is a challenge for everyone. Hopefully teams will consider the competition worth it. The park is brand new. I'm sure the Diamonds will do a great job of managing the tournament.

My daughter does play for one of the teams (not the Diamonds). Since I am not a spokesman for the team I'll refrain from mentioning which one. However, Bill Smith is my name, my ID is BSmith, and you'll not find me posting behind an anonymous logon....
