Yeah I know this is odd for a first post but I need to vent and some advise.

Recently (6 months ago)our club envoked a " you cannot pick up with an opposing team if one of your sister teams are in a tourney clause" which I had issues for a while. So today I found out the head coaches daughter is picking up with another team and one of the "sister team" is playing in the tourney his excuse was they will not meet in the brackets so there will be no issues (whatever that means)???? Is this Double Standards or What and this head coach is the organization manager?? I need some advise I am ready to cut ties and move on and find my kid another team.

Sounds like he doesn't support your team or believe in it if he says there is no way they will play each other. How does he know that unless he thinks they will lose out.
My guess is you aren't very happy there anyways so I would move on.
