The voting process is a very involved one.
The candidates must pass many rigorous backround checks, personality trait tests, IQ tests, etc.
Then the results are turned over to an inner circle, or "star chamber" if you will, that meet in secret,
under the cover of darkness, at the local Hooters...

I noticed Dick is back in the new's again.I was starting to wonder If everyone had forgot me.There is one more Coach that was omitted from the poll.He is a close friend of mine.

Best promoter is right!! A good coach can take girls that no one wants and make them winners. It's easy to steal players from other teams and make them believe that you can do this and that.

This is right! I challenge all of these "so called" top coaches to go out and coach a 12U rec team where the league has given them players. Then at the end of the day see who has learned the most, made the most improvement and is potentially better equipped to compete at the select level.

It's time for some of these coaches to start giving back to the softball community without a pocket book or name recognition as their motive.

but then again I could be living in a fairy tale...people actually helping people because they genuinely care about people...haha what a concept

Most of these guys listed are pretty good recruiters but as far as coaches I think Robbie Huddleston's group is the only one left that actually has a complete practice and teaches his girls to play the game. His team has been to nationals at each level, 10u thru Gold and uses girls that no one has heard of. Historically his team struggles at the beginning of each season but improves week to week, because of good coaching.
