WHO ARE THE TOP 10 - 10U PITCHERS AND CATCHERS

Ok Really, my DD is a pitcher but.. plays other positions as well. My point from the very beginning was to see what everyones opinion were. Like what teams have good pitching and catching. Because I have seen good pitching and catching on a team but it lacks hitters, I have seen teams were they rock defensivly but lack a strong pitcher. Or teams that have a not so strong catcher and lets balls go by or maybe the little centerfielder who is like a vacuum and catches everything that comes her way. Do those girls on those teams get noticed? I would have to say no. There are very few teams around here that have it ALL. TPS for one does. That is a team that weekend after weekend shows what it is to come together, Have fun, win and play ball. From my opinion, and lets all remember its just an opinion... is that around here we have few teams with the ALL factor because to many coaches are wanting to coach their own team instead all them coming together and making a team that will hold up against teams like TPS. Someone posted on this board awhile ago about Texas teams being diluted, is was such a true posting.

There are several excellant 10u "A" teams in and around the houston area that compete on an equal level with TPS 98 every week end. Texas Sting - Pearland Panthers - Lady Stros - Crush. To name a few. Most of these games are decided by 1 run.

If you started combining teams just to try and beat 1 team, what happens to all the other girls. Do they just play B ball when 2 teams left in A ball. All of these girls play some seriously good softball don't ruin it for all other teams just to try and beat 1.

From time to time someone may comment about Panthers, Lady Stros, Crush, Rage and so on. But hardly ever. They never give those girls a "high five" for going out there and having a game end 1-0. All you ever hear about is TPS and Sting and trust me they have bragging rights!!! But so do others and it would great to come on this website one day and have someone acknowledge all the other GOOD teams for once!

Pearland Crush is a good team with good players, pitching and coaching. (I say this sincerely)
