Some great ball play this weekend and a great job by the people running the show to get this tournament completed.

Awesome job to the people that got this tournament in. Freddie, you rock dude!! I was told that they sucked over 20,000 gallons of water off of the complex Friday night to get the games started Saturday morning and by Sunday, we were putting sun screen on because it was so hot.

Congrats to the two Houston teams that participated. They were both there Sunday morning. I must give a special shout out to #75. You were simply marvelous girl.

And for those who want to beat me up over this, we are playing with the Peppers as they are going ASA and we will play USFA with the Phantomz. The Phantomz manager has no problem with this.

Also would like to give a big shout out to the 12U Storm Elite for taking the ship in 12U.

I love you Frito, keep the compliments on my dd coming.

Mark

Which Elite are you refering to? The Storm Elite 97 in 12U or the Elite that was in the 14U?

You wouldn't by chance be with the Phantomz, would you Underdog? Is it your dd that picked up with the Peppers?

Mark,
I thought you told me you swore off of "the bucket", were gonna have Spaz delete you. Oh, just one more fix, then I'll quit. Heard many addicts use that line. Anyway, brilliant strategy, IMHO, lining up your DD to be able to play for both teams as they play their respective major tourneys. She'll get nothing but better than she already is with all the circle time. Everybody else, just sour grapes!!! Perhaps they just wish they had an asset that multiple teams would like to recruit, or wish they had picked one up for their team.  See you Sunday.

Your right. Thanks for the props on my dd. She had an awesome tournament in Midland.

I am wondering where mental giant is and why he/she has not commented on their teams performance in Midland. If their dd is on the diamonds, I completely understand why they have decided to hide. Maybe they play on the Kruzers and since the Kruzers were a no show, they have decided to keep quiet. I spoke with Honest Bob but didn't get the chance to meet the giant. I hope you surface soon because I want to hear your take on the aftermath and why so many of your predictiuons were not close. You didn't even have Glory Adkins in the top 5 and they won it all, the "if" game by forfiet of course.

Looks like the mighty TPS are going to try to qualify to the 16u nationals. I guess nationals in College Station is just to tempting. Good luck to them!!!

They are from Dallas/Frisco. Solid pitcher who is only in the 7th grade. Also one of the best SS in 14U. Lead off hitter is the real deal. Solid bats all the way down the line up. Mostly a 96 team.
