LMAO You guys are killing me today

They're always good for a laugh

So, what was the deal, did the coaches actually get into during the game or after the game.

I would rather that topic be dropped the head coach apologized several times Sunday and explained to me what happened he is very upset about it. I am not going to drag somebody's name through the mud. He called me again today and apologized once more. I know we all love gossip call someone or pm me if you just can't stand it, but leave it off the boards please the guy feels terrible about what happened.BTW I am not affiliated in any way if the guy was not so upset about the whole thing I would probably be the first to pile on.

No, this doesn't sound very funny and I was not making light of it. Just herd that there was a problem and asked about it. I hope it has been worked out and everyone involved is ok. If we can't control our self's how do we expect our kids to ? I think when parents put as much time and effort into softball for there kids, it is easy to forget the most important things. Just remember they are always watching us even when we wish they weren't ;)

You people act surprised  this is the norm with this organization. My husband and I were appalled at USFA state last year when the 99 coach went after a parent from his team after being ejected. These are young impressionable women the last thing they need is to see this aggressive behavior. For all the 98 team has achieved I feel sorry for them having too deal with this. Not the proper enviorment for any child let alone 8-18 year old girls.

You really should not assume as it was not the 98 team. It was the 97 team. That is how rumors get started.

Sorry if that is how my comments sounded. The intent was to complment the 98 team but point out how the 99 and 97 are tarnishing the org.s reputation in light of their recent accomplishments

Rumors are right. People are quick to talk when they don't know the facts. There have been many parents/coaches out of control. I quess that's what you get when your part of "As the softball world turns". :o

Hope for the girls sake things got worked out because from what i've seen it did on the 99's.

I agree, there is a difference between "loud" coaching and good coaching. Babble, babble, babble..... Let the kids play, and for God's sake let them make their own decisions. AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH, I know I say scary things. Does the term "mico-manage" sound familiar? Nothing against the organization, but really have you seen this in action? To follow it up, GREAT coaching?? Really, how many of these kids do you think this coach has actually taught the game to? Is it coaching or is it recruiting? A huge thank you to the coach or dad that equipped their kids with the skill to compete at that level. Coaching......ha!
