1. Coaches that wont shake hands at the end of a game.

2. Parents that taunt kids on the other side.

3. Coaches that address a kid on the field (not theirs), not the coach.

4. Making an a*& of yourself due to an umpire missing a call.

5. A kid yelling at their coach

6. A team not taking a knee when a player is injured.

I'm sure there is more, but that's all I can think of for now.

Unfortunately, I've seen several of these during the last six months (1, 2, and 4 in particular). Sometimes we all need to take a step back as parents and coaches and think about what we really want for the girls. We'd never dream of acting in our jobs or in public the way we sometimes act at the ballfields. Yet, something about our daughters and our over-involvement in the competition can often bring out the worst in us. The best, most level-headed coaches I've come across are those without daughters on their teams. Perspective is so important. It's definitely something to consider when selecting a team.

Question: Is the coach taking leak in the dugout after the game considered unsportsmanlike or just bad taste?
To each their own.

How bout the coach during the 12U Ronald McDonald that got tossed in 1st inning. He was yelling M F's at the ump in front of all the girls. He's got real anger issues. :x :x
