10u Select Teams

The true test would be if teams would not need to pick up players and played with what they have and improved on that. If you are always having to pick up pitchers, then you can't be a solid team. I understand one player, maybe if someone gets hurt and you only have nine on the roster, but weekend after weekend needing to pick people up says something. If you don't have enough players, don't play that weekend. JMO

I agree Cobras are the team to beat but there are a few others that are getting much better.

TPS 99 picked up a good pitcher but still got beat by the Phantomz, my question would be how did that make your other "Ace" pitcher feel? A pick-up player starting in a semi final game......is this how TPS treats their players? Give credit where credit is do, their girls did a great job of hitting the ball.

Pasadena Angels: very boring team to watch, much rather listen to Raymond throw a fit by the dugout.

Bombers: come again when your ready to play.

Kingwood Edge looked like their stepping backwards

Phantomz moving forward but lacked power except for pitching.

Misfire or Crossfire either one works, you mentioned their a fast team, how are they fast when they never reach base and all there girls are looking to walk.

finally we get some good talk going. I will say this about last weekend. saw some good ball and sloppy ball by teams i thought would of done better. maybe they were not ready. lets not base one tourny on how good teams are or are not. as for teams picking up players..........STILL? come one. the bomber shoot will be good once the first timers are gone. cant wait

Your right it is early but before this tourney was played this was going to be the tournament to look good in as all or atleast most of the top 5 Houston teams were competing in. When will the rankings really begin? After the dallas tournament most of these girls have 4 months leaft and their going to focus on 12U. Then we can listen to all of the 2000's start chirping.
