Talk the talk, but don't walk the walk

I think I figured it out, I noticed that some 12U A teams in Fort Worth are classified as A teams when they play 12U A or open tournaments but.....when they play any 14U tournament they are reclassified as a B team. So maybe Dallas is taking a page out of Fort Worth's play book and doing the same. I bet when you see this team play any 12U tournament that their classification will change to A and when they play any 14U tournaments it will be changed back to B. I noticed this with a Mansfield team and a South lake team. The classification based on the next tournament they will play.

Go figure?

SBlunatic....let me help you with this...

No, nevermind...

...I'll save a 'sniffle' for you too...

Joe,
I just notice that last season and that some teams were bouncing back and forth from A to B. Then I noticed that it had to do with what age bracket they played. Don't worry Joe I am not a Glory hater nor a staunch Glory supporter I could care less one way or the other. Just a softball dad enjoying watching DD play regardless of who they play.

You can give me a sniffle or save it for the anti glory group.

;)

The championship banners are not on the website any longer either.

The goal of the Texas Glory:
"Texas Glory is ready to start the 2009 campaign. Texas Glory held tryouts and have begun the long road to 2009 ASA Nationals. Don't let anyone out work you ladies. ASA Nationals or Bust!"

Although I think that in the past the goal was ASA "A" Nationals, not ASA "B" or USFA. The Mission Statement is not clear on that matter, it appears that is a change in the way Texas Glory operates. I did not take the original post as a slam on one team, just an observation of a clear parting of ways from the past higher goals set for the organization.
