I guess you are correct you were only talking about one girl. I don't know this athlete that you are talking about... I'm just saying there are allot of talented girls in Texas. Not use to so much chest pounding this early in the season. I'm sure there are allot of parents and coaches feel the same way you do about there team or girls just don't announce it as loud and as often. I kept up with the Red Hots from a far last year because we know girls on the team. I was impressed with what your team accomplished and was proud for them. I would think there play on the field would do most of your talking for you...... good luck and see you on the field. ;)

OONW, GL, and the like must be very disappointed with their lives and/or the path their DD's softball careers are going! Don't feel the need to bash anyone who feels they have a good team, or a couple of good players. It really seems to me that by your bashing Red Hots, Phantoms, et al, you are really making a statement about you or your DD's abilities or lack thereof! I don't know any of these folks, as my DD is on a 16U North TX team, and I must admit to a certain amount of amusement over the course of the last few months watching some of the banter! Haven't always agreed with the manner of TB24 or Phantomz posts, but I have respect for a person with the guts to put his name on something he believes in, unlike many out there! So to those that like to stir the pot, without having guts to sign their name and do it in a malicious manner.....Have a Coke and a Smile, and get a Life! Honcho Out! aka Dan Beaty :ugeek:

Oh and I will say, I love flip-flops, but don't think they have a place on the field! Now tank tops on the golf course, I think thats as fashion conscious as some of the crap I see John Daly wear! Besides it goes well with the camo 4x4 golf cart! Honcho Out! :ugeek:

It's all good Hammer, once you get to me, my arrogance won't surprise you anymore, it's just who I am. Anyone that knows me can tell you that. I don't mean to offend anyone either. I agree 1 MIIIILLLLION percent about the great state of Texas, there are a ton of talented girls out there, and that goes for the entire state, that's why I didn't say that I had ALL of the best girls on our team, even though I am probably thinking it..... :D  :D

Yeah, there are alot of people who agree with you Honcho. I don't do it to disrespect or offend anyone, it's just what I do. And if I were to show up to a game in tennis shoes, my parents and players would freak out and insist I change back into the flops because, well, softball people tend to be pretty superstitious...... :D  :D

mrT, man '96 Fusion and the Diamonds kicked our butt last year the only times we played them so I know they can play softball, I am not sure what they will have to offer though this year outside of '97 Glory and '97 Austin's Finest. Anyone that you know of that is gonna be pretty good?
