Corona Angels Perez (14U) is the only one listed as going to the Bomber. Not sure where that list came from.

So two teams from that cant qualify in Cali will beat the best Texas has to offer?
It's not unusual for first year California teams to at least think about traveling to other states to qualify. It's extremely stiff competition even for the second year teams. This team is basically last years Artesia Punishers with some great additions from Team Watley, 99 Firecrackers, and Cal Lite. They finished 17th at PGF 12U last year, so it's probably correct to assume that they are not at the top of the heap of all non-invited teams in SoCal. Not sure if they can qualify in Cali or not, but I would imagine they are seeking at least one easier opportunity to qualify and they would be correct.
As you stated earlier, any team can be beaten. We all know how true this is. If you're talking about matchups though, I'm going with the team that finished 17th at PGF and added some pretty significant pieces. Look, there are several good Texas teams going (99 Bombers Prospects or whatever they call themselves, AF Hodo, Elite Papes, Houston Power, Aces, etc.) but other than the Bombers, which one of them has done anything that would indicate they can hang with SoCal? Power maybe. I'm from Texas and I love Texas softball. I think it's some of the best in the country. I'm not going to be ashamed of myself for being realistic and knowing that it just might not be THE best.
