This will be a guessing game for everyone that shows up at this one with the LA teams in the line up. It will be interesting to see who emerges from this group of teams this early in the fall. Herd there might be a big chance for rain. I have read where this park has artificial turf, is this true ? Or is it only on two or three fields ? Or do all the fields have it ? ;)

All fields have it but some of the fields still have dirt around the bases and on the mound. Those that don't have any dirt will be really difficult for pitchers. I have advised my team to take turf shoes or tennis shoes in case the cleats start getting hung up in the turf.

How you been doing hammer?? I spoke with you in the lobby of the hotel last year at USFA state. Your DD doing OK and still throwing BB's??

Coin flip?!?!? Really???? Ohhhh I forgot who was involved....USFA state director involved ;) ;)
Top 4 in the winners bracket: Rattlers, Stars,LA Extreme,Cajun Express
Stars looked good ....no runs allowed
Rattlers pulled one out against the Sting98 Did not really see the Rattlers play.
Sting97 lost to the LA Extreme on errors
Sting98 still gettin to know each other...got to win that one on a 4-2 lead
Thunder97 was a solid group...Stars beat them 9-0
Orange Crush was another solid team...Sting98 beat them

Wish the weather would have held out.

Kelpro, your not giving the whole story or you don't know the whole story on the 98 Texas Sting. I was satisfied for there first real 12u tournament with the conditions that Mother Nature gave us. I would have liked to see what Sunday would have brought, if the fields were dry. Might not turned out like it did if you had to play for the championship instead of a coin flip. Dropping one out six and that one in the rain. I think we will be ok. 8-) 8-)
