Can't be too hard to answer the question either.... since he felt the need to enter the debate here on HB.

That's long distance...and eats up my rollover minutes...

Smoke signal or on HB would be fine.

Highroad. Let us know what he says. 817.690.9553

If not, then I can only conclude that everything said is true, but,
#1---not one ASA rep wants to come on and state that as fact because they feel it would damage their reps!
#2---If someone else (like me) calls and gets the true story and posts it here then you (High Road, Gotcher, Devine, others) can dispute it as rumors. No thank you.

What is so hard about coming on the board AGAIN and setting the record straight?
Just simply tell us if we will or it won't be covered! Nothing more!

He can get on here 3-4 times to ask people to call him, but why not save all the phone calls and get it out in the open! He can eliminate hundreds of phone calls with one post!

What say you Devine? Gotcher? Anyone else? ANYWHERE? We just want to know the truth!

This is off of Bollingers website on the what the insurance covers. It is specific and contradicting.
Here is the link http://www.bollingerasa.com/PDF/Indiv%20Reg%202010.pdf

7. Does the insurance coverage follow a player who plays on
another team or goes to play in a non-ASA sanctioned
event?
i. Yes, the coverage follows the player who plays on a team
that is registered with ASA/USA Softball for the current
year.
ii. Yes, the coverage follows the player if she/he goes on
her/his own to play on an ASA/USA Softball registered team
in an ASA/USA Sanctioned Tournament.
iii. Yes, the coverage follows the players on an individually
registered team if the team plays in a non-ASA sanctioned
event.
iv. No, the coverage does not apply if the player plays on a
team that is not registered with the ASA.
v. No, the coverage does not apply if the player goes on
her/his own to play in a non-ASA sanctioned event.

Thank you Larry. It is truly sad when someone who is not ASA brass (I am assuming you are not ASA brass, since you was the author of this post) to answer a simple ASA insurance question.

Thanks Dave and Highroad......................For nothing!

People like you are pathetic, do a little research, its not that hard. Bollinger is the insurance provider not ASA or VTD

Something I have noticed about you! You seem to be negative and seem to end up attacking people when you can't win a debate or if you have a difference in opinion about anything or anyone.
You go into attack mode, especially concerning ASA vs VTD. I was fully aware of the answer before I wrote the post. I just wanted to see if ASA brass would come on here and admit it to everyone instead of the hit and run post which appears to be their MO!

So much for taking the highroad! Keep attacking people. Problem you will have with that pattern is when you have something REAL to say, no one will listen becasue you have attacked everyone.

Huh??? Are you directing that at "Joe" or someone else?

You guys obviously have a personal axe to grind with Gotcher not ASA. You guys even attack the new Dallas ASA guy before he has even had a chance to do something. Just a guess, but I'm betting they have jobs and don't troll these boards daily.

What were you looking for them to "admit"? Larry posted it. He did not understand it as he thought it was contradictory, but he posted it nonetheless. "Joe" fits your description to a tee. You however, have posted some intelligent thoughts in the past. If VTD is that great why don't you just let it speak for itself and let ASA just die? Unless it's personal. With "Joe" we know it is. Is it with you?

Sherrif you are right, it is not contradictory but it is specific about coverage. I misread one of the sentences that is why I thought it was contradictory. Thanks for pointing that out.
