Redhots dont get to me, I am surprised they have not attracted some talent to fill their roster. I respect the oompas but was surprised to see they had to pick up the twins towers to field a team. I think the cheerleading, sandal wearing, crazy hair dude coaching has minimized interest in their team. No disrespect to their coaches, I'm just saying it does not belong in 12u much less 14u.

Good point Zig... Maybe the Red Hots should play 16U and 18U Gold!!!

AS I STATED ON ANOTHER THREAD, THE RH ARE NOT LOOKING FOR RESPECT, THEY FEEL AS THOUGH THEY DESERVE IT BECAUSE THEY PLAY UP A LOT AND COMPETED IN FIRST YEAR 12U. DANG SHAME THEY GOT TO BRING PEOPLE OUT OF N. TEXAS AND STILL CANNOT FIELD 9 GIRLS!! THE TWO OR THREE THEY LOST WERE PRETTY DANG GOOD SOFTBALL PLAYERS. THEY BETTER STAY WITHIN THEIR OWN AGE GROUP ESPECIALLY IF THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE ENOUGH GIRLS TO FIELD A TEAM.... HO COULD THAT BE WUTH SUCH GREAT CAOCHING???

FYI:

1. We have played up 3 or 4 times in 2 1/2 years.
2. The players that left this season are Great players.
3. We will play in the age division we feel will help our players and team improve. (we have nothing to prove)
4. We do have Great Coaches.
5. We are happy and hope you find happiness as well.

RM in Novembeer should be the first time for the top 14s to meet up with last years top 12s.

The Texas Storm Elite is going to win some games and kick some people butts, the aces had a horrible time in beaumont but that will change,,, FB thunder will do ok but I don't know about the fury.... they are not all that they are chalked up to be...

There is a difference between "hanging with" and placing.

I don't see any of the of the '96's named in this thread placing at the RM. Believe me, I have friends that play on those '96 teams mentioned and they are good ballplayers, however there is a significant enough difference between the '96's and the '95's. Especially now, in the fall.
