TheBucketeer wrote:Well it is funny to see you guys still carrying on and acting like a bunch of immature pre-pubescent teenagers. Hammer you still dont get the big picture. As your daughter gets older, if her/your goal is to compete at USA/ASA Nationals, there are more teams competing at the older age groups than at the 10U level. How many teams are actually going to compete at 10U Nationals this year? 30-35? What a joke! Wait till you get to 12U or 14U when there are 60-80 teams. How do you like your odds now? Hotbox, I assure my daughter is not in cheer. She is still competing at the highest level of competition. If you would like to compare trophy cases just pm meand I can send photos of some "pieces of plastic." I can guarantee my daughter has trophies, one in particular...an ASA National Championship trophy, that you dont have, and probably never will. You are correct Hammer in that college coaches dont look at a girl's resume and say she didnt finish Top 6 so she is a bust. However, I know for a fact that finishing in the Top 5 at ASA Nationals for 3 years in a row is going to get your team exposure and therefore by default, your daughter. Unless your daughter is a Cat Osterman type, few players in the nation warrant a solo look by college coaches. Their time is very limited, so they have to make the most efficient use of their time. Meaning why go watch one stud girl on a good team, when they can go watch 7 great players on one elite team. This is why you have all of these showcase tournaments.

LMAO!!! Hardware means nothing Buckeer... Cali Teams just give trophies out just because their dd shows up with a smile. Trophy case…..still LMAO.

Good Job, that took a lot of talent... If it weren't for me and all these people posting hate mail to me, then it would have never gotten to 1000. Can I at least get an assist????
I do agree with all of your comments about how it gets tougher the older the girls get. If your DD has a National Championship trophy at home, then that is awesome. Everytime I have attended one I have told the girls that if you come in the top 10, then you have done a very good job. Lot's of things have to go right to be able to crack the top five much less win the whole thing.

What age was your daughter when she won it and was it ASA and where??

You say lots of good stuff on here except I do not know who the Big Dog was that you spoke of in your other post..

I am betting he is working on a book

Chapter 1- How to be quitter
Chapter 2- Quitting when the quitting is good
Chapter 3- Leading others into quitting
Chapter 4- Trying to convince your peers that quitting is okay
Chapter 5- Bucket Bashing teams that are better than mine
Chapter 6- How to tell everybody to kiss your ass when you get a bucket beat down
Chapter 7- Proper excuses why your thoughts apply to other teams, not yours
Chapter 8- How to rationalize a lack of etiquette
Chapter 9- Moving to another City for a chance at a new beginning

How to scratch my head and balls at the same time while trying to convince everyone I am an ass and not a dumb monkey.

Only one I am going to comment on is the last one. I have no problem scratching my head with one hand and my balls with my other. In fact, I enjoy scratching my balls, it feels really good. Thanks for mentioning it... Still wandering if you can do the same thing even though you are a woman, I wouldn't doubt it. You have lots of balls here on HB, but not enough to say who you are or who your daughter plays for. They would probably be embarrassed.. :o

NASTY!!!!! WTH is wrong with you NutJOB....

Did find out there is a Rage mom on here but she would not say her name. Dibs are on a Sting mom, that is the general censous.
Personally I believe that it is JC. He is a little light in the pants with all his cheerleading this weekend.

What do ya think?

LOLOL. I'm neither of them Mr. Score Keeper "Klepro". We've spoke at the last Tourney for about 5mins.
I'll be at Nationals with Zig promoting TB24's best seller " How to be Quitter".

Great to see you back Hotbox! Missed your candid opinions.

Bandit24 is still rambling about A/B.

California is sweating and the rest are watching and listening

Florida bound in 5 days but who's counting.
Cali needs to sweat because they do enough whining to last a life time.
TB24 appears to be a little unstable w/some of those comments. Are they headed to Florida?
