You guys want to be considered in the top ten 12u teams? Come on...... 5th place in a tourny that was not very stacked to begin with. Here's what I see....Boombah got a few pretty solid players from the Tomboys, they had a couple maybe solid players......Calculate that -- Five maybe six core players = Three maybe four big holes that are going to be hard to hide. I got to watch you guys play some games over the weekend, and saw some really fundamental flaws. Several popflys hit the ground three feet in front of players. Balls going between the legs. Listen up folks, you dont get considered top ten with this kind of play. Lots of teams make it to your level, only to get noticed long enough for better teams to steal a couple of your better players, and then you are back on your knees and "Down and Dirty" all over again. Who knows, maybe you guys will make it maybe not. Do the coaches have what it takes to take this to the next level? Hope you guys dont take this wrong, but you have a few parents wanting you to be considered at a level that you are not.

Just my opinion.....

Sure have gone to a lot of trouble to start your own thread just to slam a bunch of 11-12 year olds...and on Mother's Day no less!

Can anyone spell... _ r-i-c-k??? and don't forget the 'P'.

softball4all (aka mr. dbat)...how did your 14u tournament go this weekend? Noticed it was a dnp. you should probably worry about your own yard.

Sorry folks. I meant no real offense to any players, dont think the kids read this anyway. I named no players, nor positions, and that I will never do. But Boombah wants notoriety and they got some. I have edited my original post down to congrats only. Now maybe the couple of Boombah parents will think before they post for their team again.

I originally had a 1 page reply to you softball4all. But since you have decided to edit yourself..a little late I might add, Ill make it quick. I will say that you have us figured out, I mean you did our whole "E True Hollywood Story from our early beginnings of Down N Dirty (actually Texas Storm get your facts right) to the windfall of Tomboy players to our demise in Mckinney". You can rest easy now, all the girls have been sent down to triple A for assignment and the coaches have been given their walking papers. Honestly, I really don't understand why your so preoccupied with Boombah. If we are that bad then why waste your time posting, better yet "following" us at tournaments?! It was a Bad Sunday and we did stink it up, BUT the girls will go back to practice and will keep working hard cause thats what they do.

There was also a 14U taking place at the same location!
Lewisville Force 14U beat Paris Stealth 3-0 to win the tournament.

I any of you 12U teams want a rematch might I suggest McKinney on July 2-3.
You might get a "BIG" surprise that weekend! Hee Haw!

Looks like the Boombah rise to fame is quickly coming to an end. Another tournament without a ribbon. Are you finding those players you are looking for? Better hurry! ROOOOOOOOKIE!
