I'll take a shot in order:

#1 - "Outlaws"

The rest really doesn't matter does it??

Word is out that the Peppers will not have #27/#75 for the weekend, so I am going to have to go with the next best team in this tourney.

Congrats tot he Outlaws for getting er done and now can take it easy until Nats. But I guess the really big "way to go" goes to the Crush for playing through the losers bracket, knocking out quite a few teams to reach the ship. Lenny, you should be very proud of those girls, and parents, for making it all the way back!! I am sure it was very hot out there.

On another note, I am curious what the verdict was on the condition of the fields, concession and umpires for the weekend in Pearland. Did the fields get watered and marked often enough? Were the umpires OK and most of all, did they have onions for the hot dogs??/

Heck, where we were in Beaumont (City Park Fields), they didn't even have a concession stand within 300 yards from the fields we played on Sunday so I do not know if they had any onions, or even hot dogs for that matter. They did have some good catfish at Ford Park, but that place is so strict, I don't even want to venture back there again. No sunflower seeds allowed in the park??? That's like saying no bathing suits at the pool..

If it ain't broke, why fix it??

Congrats to The Outlaws for earning there Berth this past weekend and also big shout out to Lenny and his girls from Tx Crush for battling with heart and desire all day saturday.

Mark,

The fields were in great shape and the Asa officals did an awesome job, not sure about the onions on the hotdogs but the snow cones were good.
