PGF v ASA

How many Texas Teams are doing both?

30+ teams at HOF, Regionals, and NQ plus another 25+ at State.....yet only 7 teams showed up at the PGF qualifier w/ 4 of those teams getting bids.

How did the 4 teams that qualified for PGF do in ASA qualification?

Heard one team that didn't qualify for ASA didn't care because it feels the PGF is the better National Championship.

With both events being different weeks.....aren't coaches gonna be attending both anyhow?

Out of North Texas, I know of only 2 that are doing both- Glory (Naudin), and Texas Fusion-both of us got invites early! I know that Texas Elite Gold-(Floyd) is playing 18U Gold qualifiers, but went to houston and qualified in the 16U PGF and is going to Cali. I also know of an American Freedom team that is going to PGF, but didn't attempt to qualify ASA on the 16 side. I also know of one high level team on the gold side that is just doing the PGF and not trying to qualify ASA.

Sorry, I also believe Texas Storm Elite out of houston is doing BOTH as well!
