[aggiepitcher]

I give hitting and pitching lessons to girls ages 7-18.

I will be going to the Magnolia/Cy Fair area once or twice a week and would be happy to work with girls from all over the north Houston area including Woodlands, Montgomery, Tomball and Conroe. I give private and semi-private lessons. Email me at amandamagnolialessons@gmail.com for more information if you are interested.

I currently live in College Station still and give lessons around this area to Bryan/College Station and the surrounding areas.

Amanda Scarborough Scarborough was a finalist for USA Softball's National Player of the Year Award in 2007. She is a two-time all-region selection, a three-time All-Big 12 first team honoree and was named the conference's Co-Pitcher of the Year as a junior and the Big 12 Freshman of the Year and Player of the Year in 2005.

Scarborough wrote her name in the record book during her career at A&M and is in the top 10 in numerous categories. At the plate, she accumulated an impressive .355 batting average and .608 slugging percentage, 125 RBIs, 42 doubles and 25 home runs. In the circle, the ace posted a 1.45 ERA and 71 wins through 109 appearances. En route to 27 complete-game shutouts, she fanned 537 hitters through 599 two-thirds innings of work.

Scarborough's success on the field spilled over into the classroom as she was a three-time Academic All-Big 12 first team selection, a two-time ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District choice, and she became just the second Aggie softball player to be named an Academic All-American.
