Very good 14u teams in cntrl tx never talked about why?

Listen I know this is a matter of opinion but their are a few good teams in central tx that I never hear mentioned as some of the better teams around . Look everyone deals in tournament placement well check their vtd archives they don't lie. I have seen these teams go to north and south tx and place their always rite their at the end of 90% of the tournaments their in , and if all of them are in the same tournament you can count on them being around to the end . I'm sure it's going to stir some people up but I don't care give it to me like I said it's just a matter of opinion. Anyway here are those teams in no particular order .

Texas Dirtbags

Look I name the teams I was talking about . As for justaburger or whatever his or her name is don't realy understand how u can say vtd history don't count when most of the teams everyone talks about on here as being the better teams play mostly vtd , and a teams prior history is kinda what makes them who they are but like I said to start this it's a matter of opinion

Fair enough...

The problem with the Justaburger is that he sometimes gets a woody for anything ASA. And THAT my friend...is why your fave VTD teams might fall below the conversation...

My guess is if they do play in Houston area tournaments, then they must be weak ones as I have
never seen any of the above teams play in a strong 14U Houston area tournament. The ones you do see come down are Austin's Finest, Austin Storm, The 97 Groove, and sometimes the Stars. And I have heard the reason they come down and play in Houston is because there are not a lot of strong teams in CenTex other than the Bombers. Not trying to knock any of the teams listed, but that is what I hear and no you really can't base anything on VTD. The strongest 14U teams in Houston probably have no listing in VTD in terms of their tournament records.

Now the Dirtbags seem to me did come down and play in a stronger tournament recently, but I did not hear of them doing that well. Maybe you can tell me how they did. Maybe it was in Sugarland. We were up in Splendora the weekend I am thinking of, so it wasnt that tourney, but I think I remember the team list with the Dirtbags on it down in Sugarland hosted by the Magic or Aces Express organization.

Joe, he listed a bunch of teams already. It's not that I'm all ASA Joe. Can it really be argued that the events I listed are a good measure of the best teams? Sub with Premier if you're anti-ASA then. I didn't mention it because there is no history for 14U there. But fine. Any CenTex teams going to Premier this year?

Don't forget that Hot Rage must be pretty good - They beat Fusion 3 - 2. Even if Fusion is a 98 team. However, I agree with Justawatcher, they have only really showed up to beat 98 teams, so therefore, they really don't have much bragging rights.
