By next week are you talking about the Anderson Invite tournament in Longview? Looks like the whole pool is 2000 teams to me.

Guess you are taking a stab at the other teams from the area as well and not giving them any credit. Rip 2000, Quick 2000 and Batbusters 2000 are all great teams and we are proud to be in the same area with them for the competition. We have played Bombers, Anderson Express, and many, many 99 teams and held our own against them as well. We have not played the South Texas top teams but we hear they are really good. We do look forward to playing more teams out of the area, but at 10 years old, we are here to play ball, not travel the globe...
No dis-respect intended.

As far as the pitcher being commited to Alabama---that is great news!!! Maybe all of the girls can get the same kind of commitment if they would just post on their website that they like their favorite school!!! What a dream come true.

So Jake, you're saying that they should not be considered one of the top 12U teams in NTX?
Who do you think should make the list?

I call BU!!sh!t!!! Hell, they really don't verbal to many 8th graders and your telling me they verballed to a 5th or 6th grader!!! The norm is very few 8th graders and 9th graders and they are pitcher's and catcher's for the most part and are consider the best in that coaches eyes in that recruiting class in the country. Remember this guys it’s a verbal, until you sign on the dotted line you senior year it don't mean squat!!! If you stay healthy and keep putting up good stat they most always honor your verbal but it is just that a verbal agreement and the coach can and will change their minds.
