Which Houston area '95 teams are moving to 14u in the Fall?

by Lunatic Fringe » Mon Jul 14, 2008 7:29 am

We will be looking for a new team for my '95 DD in the Fall and have heard that many of the established '95 teams may be breaking up. Who is planning a '95 14u team in Houston for the Fall?

Which teams are "breaking up"?

Any of the top contenders from down there?

Coastal Elite is moving up.

The only 95 team that I know is breaking up that has been around a while is the Fort Bend Falmes.

If they are 95 teams, they all have to move up. ;)

Does anyone have anything to add to this thread? Surely someone has something constructive to share?

What part of town are you in?
Are you willing to drive?
TPS down south
Crossfire- north
Sting out of Bayer park in Spring - good coach , very Competitive team
president of the softball at the park a bit of a PR**k but say away from him and all is good

Hope this helps

14U tryouts seem pretty weak so far. Who is competative?

Peppers 94 - Hoskins they are staying 14-u/will play 16/18 when they can
Hawks 94 staying 14-u only lost 2 from last yr. will play 16/18 when they can
Hit -a-Way -Grisom always pulls something out(heard he got the 14's from Crossfire)
Was told the Sting had a good turn out and took the 95's from the Spring Sting???? (just what i was told)
Pride moving up from 12U to 14u could be the sleeper first yr.?????
Just too dang early to do anything but throw out a S.W.A.G.

Cant wait to get to playing again.

I would think you need to add TPS 95, Kaos 95 and SK Velocity 95 to this list. All three are solid teams that performed well at the 14u lvl as 12's this last season.
