Texas Glory(Poole) 16U got second place in the Top bracket at the Sparkler. Best game when both teams where fresh beat So Cal Wicked 3-2. OK Starz won it.

Why don't you give us a summary of all Texas teams from last week in Co? Surprises, disappointments, coming and going...

Unfortunately, there is not a whole I can talk about from the Texas teams that were in the Fireworks except Sudden Impact and the Aces. The Aces came in tied for 7th and SI was tired for 5th I think. Other than those two, I am going to need some help a far as other STX teams and where they placed.

Sunday morning at 7:30, Aces beat The Originals, in double ITB, and then turned right around and lost to KC Peppers 6 - 1. I do not think they played up to their potential, lots of errors, easy errors, some coaching errors and the bats just didn't show up Sunday. We should of lost the first game Sunday morning, but managed to pull it out.

I did not see any of the other STX or NTX teams play so I cannot comment aout them. I do think we should have had a better showing from the STX teams.


Now, it is on to Nationals and see if our coaches can get the team ready to play in August.
