BB-Montoya and Glory 94 are moving up to 16U, unless you meant Glory-Elliott. There aren't going to be many 2nd year 14's in N TX. There are a few start ups coming though.

i wouldn't even begin to hazard a guess for '09 until after teams have been set. I'm sure alot will be determined by how teams do in 16U competition, as to whether they will try and qualify for 14U or 16U. Also some of it will be determined by if they are primarily 8th grade '94s or 9th grade. This weekend is a huge tryout weekend in NTX. It should be real interesting where people end up in the next few weeks. Just my 2 cents :ugeek:

It looks like Texas Fusion is building a powerhouse organization at all ages :o

We have enjoyed our time with the organization. I think that they are trying to do things the right way, as far as surrounding themselves with good quality people, and not trying to "take over the world". We certainly hope the DD is able to continue to win a spot within the organization, we shall see this weekend. :ugeek:

Are they moving up because of older kids (93's)? I'm sure most of the other top 14's will play up but come back down for championship play . I was thinking both of these teams were pure 94's this past season.

I think BB has a '93 pitcher and Glory-Drummond had a few '93's.

Who knows anymore, so much is changing in the next 2 weeks.
