I hope they fire the entire coaching staff tomorrow. How can you have 3 games in a row with several receivers not knowing the ball is coming to them? I like Jason Garrett, but hope he's on the firing line too.

As for my daughters future step-dad, Witten, he can stay. Of course that's only after my husband leaves me for Alba or Jolie.

Yea, there coaching staff sucks. Phillips is the worse motivator I've seen. Lots of talent there, but they aren't a "team"......and, Romo is a great QB up until November ends. Comes December, he's a choke.

True, that was a great picture of him laying on the ground with his hands over his eyes - reminded me of one of my grandkids crying 'mama - make it go away'. Some people have it - some people dont. We cowboy fans have a long sad time ahead of us if Jones is serious about 'my coaching staff is in place'. But like most people in his position, he is a liar.

I think Jerry Jones started this whole end of season mess when he called his best RB (IMO) a wuss for not going to Pittsburgh.

Even though I've learned to dislike Aikman's commentary whenever he announces a Cowboys game, he hit it on the head when he said "Just because there is talent on a team, that doesn't make you a team". And that my friends, is coaching 101.

The bright side is that new stadium is looking good, and Witten.

I don't think any coach can motivate the self centered thug convicts that Jerry Jones has brought in. Until they start getting some character people on the team it will never change

I would agree character is a much needed addition. Zach Thomas is a high character guy, but apparently he could not help them much. I am sure he just didn't sit there quietly, just got tuned out.
