What's going on with the Aces?

Gold, Black, Red. How many 18 teams does an organization need? Must be trying to upstage Impact.

Sorry frito, didn't realize the 3 teams weren't all from Sugar Land. I can understand why you would have teams in different cities (Bombers) or states (Firecrackers). Actually like what these two orgs are doing. especially the bombers. It allows them to put together a good group of noncomits together at exposures. On the other hand, orgs like the aces, impact, and glory put together a really good team, then a group of "others" (term taken from another posts)

There is one true Aces, started by McKorkle a few years back. He runs a program that has 4 teams, gold, 16u, 14u, and a 12u team.

I don't mind those places that have a team in each division. Gives the older girls a chance to mentor some of the younger ones. Gives the younger ones exposure to how things are done at the upper levels and how to prepare to get there.

When looking at these organizations I would look at how many of the current Gold players came up through the younger teams. For sure there are going to be movement but if the 1st Team Gold level has zero girls that have raised up through the organization, big red flags should pop up.

Know what the deal is, if it fits what you want go for it.

I can't see how this group of coaches can get a team kick out of a tournament. What are the girls that had coaches coming out to see them play. You so GOLD COACHES tell me you are not treating the girls on this team that way.
