This is interesting. Batbusters took over Ft.Worth metro like Glory took over Dallas Metro!

Batbusters Borchers
Batbusters Rhine

Considering my daughter stopped playing last fall I would wager to say that her team wasn't even in the tournament. I just still follow the teams and when I was looking at all the tournaments I noticed that Ft. Worth metro was dominated with Batbusters the way Dallas metro was dominated with Glory.

But thanks for being concerned for me!

Bad info bro'

From VTD:

Babtbusters dominated until they played the Kruzers...

Kruzers took first followed by Montoya, Borchers, Rhine and then it doesn't matter....

Kruzers beat Montoya 2-1

The real surprise here is Rhine got beat not just once, but twice by Borchers! Ouch! I know for a fact that Rhine thought he was the '95 shining star of the BBs...that is, until the mighty Borcher's group showed up...fresh out of 'B' ball.

Other little tidbit here is that three... count them, three of the Kruzer's teams have punched their ticket to Nats. The 95 team has a legitimate chance to do well.

Oh and on the Dallas side...three of Dukey Dan's teams from Glory (14, 16, and 18) will make a short visit to ASA Nats...as they will surely be spanked hard upon arrival. Nevertheless, Dan will gloating this morning.

Congratulations to all the teams that qualified for ASA Nationals this weekend. Yes, I am proud that our 14, 16 and 18-U teams all qualified (Gold team fell one win short in Tulsa) but am also glad to see Ken Graves and Thomas Flanigan's teams getting the job done as well. Only one team in each age group will come home without the disappointment of being eliminated, at least we'll be in the fight.

Also, Congrats to Texas Glory (Beard) on getting qualified for Gold Nationals. They had a great tournament in Tulsa.
