A. Manager/coach

1) Honest Firm but fair Open minded
2) ability to relate to the girls and to the parents
3) Good knowledge of the game ability to transfer that knowledge to girls
4) Good organizational skills
5) Record - Are his/her teams winners on and off the field

B. Parents

1) Work hard and promote the team
2) Are not whinners or trouble makers
3) Have good relationships with other parents and coaches
