Suddenly Nancy Bowling couldn't get anyone out. Two singles, 2 doubles and a HR led to a 5 run 4th before time ran out.

EXPLOSION 2 NW BULLETS 0
In a 5 inning game Sara White struck out 11 and didn't allow a hit. Not a ball was put in play in the 1st s she walked 3 and struck out 3. She would walk 5 and allow a strikeout victim to reach 1st on a wild pitch but was not really threatened after the 1st. Explosion managed only 2 hits themselves but used a walk, sacrifice, error, WP and ground out to push across 2 in the 3rd.
SOCAL ATHLETICS 5 AASA 3
A 3-run HR in the 1st gave AASA the early lead but the A's got 3 in the 2nd and 2 in the 5th in this 5 inning game. Two walks, 2 singles and 2 errors provided the 1st 3 A's runs and a HR by Mo Mercado scored the final 2. Megan Geer was the only A with 2 hits.
WORTH FIRECRACKERS 1 SORCERER 1
This was the game of the day. An Africano single and Chelsea Gonzales HR were the only Firecracker hits against Johanna Greuer and Cheridan Hawkins. Michelle Floyd was almost as good giving up just 3 hits. Firecrackers led from the 2nd until the final (5th) inning when Sorcerer tied it up with a BB, stolen base and Willmon single.
WORTH FIRECRACKERS 5 TCS 2
Firecrackers jumped to a 5-1 lead and despite giving up an unearned run in the 4th and 2 hits in the 6th were never really threatened. Tina Iosefa had a 2-run double and Gordy Bravo also doubled in a run. They loaded the bases in the 3rd on a hit batter and 2 BBs and scored on a ground out and fielder's choce. SORCERER 6 SAN JOSE STING 2
Ali Walljasper hit a HR but it was all Sorcerer in a game that was so efficient they got all 7 innings in. Aside from the HR and 3 singles in the 2nd to produce a run Johanna Greuer kept the Sting under control. Kylee Perez went 2-3 with a triple and 2 RBIs and Kolofer and Torres each went 2-2.
OC BATBUSTERS 15 GRAPETTES 0
When you start the game 2B, 2B, HR, HR and chase the starting pitcher without making an out you're in pretty shape. An 8 run 1st inning featured 6 extra base hits. The HRs came from Jelenicki and Mauga and Romero had 2 hits and 2 RBIs. Mauga hit another HR in the 2nd but the Batbusters had 2 scoreless innings before exploding for 5 in the 5th. In that frame they recorded their 6th and 7th doubles of the day and Swearingen hit a 2-run HR.
SOCAL ATHLETICS 10 SJ STING 2
The Sting scored in the 1st on a BB, ground out and consecutive wild pitches but the A's scored 8 unanswered in cruising to a 5 inning victory. Tautalafua went 2-2 and Snaer went 2-2 with a HR and 2 RBIs but the hitting star was Jessica Plaza who went 3-3 with 3 2-run HRs.
FIRECRACKERS 3 CAL LITE 2
Michelle Floyd scattered 5 hits and Tera Blanco provided a 2-run single in the 5th as the Firecrackers came behind to win a very competitive game. Blanco and Sherman were both 2-2 for the game and Amanda Sanchez drove in the other run with a single in the 4th.
