OC BATBUSTERS 9 CAL LITE 6
The Batbusters scored 6 in the 1st, the big blow Lauren Young's 2-run double. Sierra Romero had a single and a double in the inning. Romero hit a 2-run HR in the 3rd to extend the lead to 9-1. Suddenly Nancy Bowling couldn't get anyone out. Two singles, 2 doubles and a HR led to a 5 run 4th before time ran out.

Romero led off the game with her 2nd HR of the day but Delaney Spaulding was the big hitting star with 3 HRs and a double and 6 RBIs. The Batbusters scored 5 in the 5th and 4 in the 6th to make it a landslide. Brittany Moeai was 2-3 with 3 RBIs and both Erica Campbell and Lauren Young had 3 hits.

In a 5 inning game Sara White struck out 11 and didn't allow a hit. Not a ball was put in play in the 1st s she walked 3 and struck out 3. She would walk 5 and allow a strikeout victim to reach 1st on a wild pitch but was not really threatened after the 1st. Explosion managed only 2 hits themselves but used a walk, sacrifice, error, WP and ground out to push across 2 in the 3rd.

A 3-run HR in the 1st gave AASA the early lead but the A's got 3 in the 2nd and 2 in the 5th in this 5 inning game. Two walks, 2 singles and 2 errors provided the 1st 3 A's runs and a HR by Mo Mercado scored the final 2. Megan Geer was the only A with 2 hits.
WORTH FIRECRACKERS 1 SORCERER 1
This was the game of the day. An Africano single and Chelsea Gonzales HR were the only Firecracker hits against Johanna Greuer and Cheridan Hawkins. Michelle Floyd was almost as good giving up just 3 hits. Firecrackers led from the 2nd until the final (5th) inning when Sorcerer tied it up with a BB, stolen base and Willmon single.
WORTH FIRECRACKERS 5 TCS 2
Firecrackers jumped to a 5-1 lead and despite giving up an unearned run in the 4th and 2 hits in the 6th were never really threatened. Tina Iosefa had a 2-run double and Gordy Bravo also doubled in a run. They loaded the bases in the 3rd on a hit batter and 2 BBs and scored on a ground out and fielder's choce. Four of the Firecrackers' 5 hits were doubles.
