Catchers pop time includes efficiency

A reminder that a catcher's pop time includes more than just having a good arm.
It includes the efficiency from
1. Receiving the ball transition
2. Throwing mechanics
3. Throwing speed
4. Accuracy.
Here are some great examples~ ENJOY

This first video is a throw to second base. Like at the very beginning can see the catcher interacting with the pitcher and can see the catcher glance and make contact eye contact with the shortstop in preparation for the next pitch and possible play. Transition happening while body is pivoting driving forward into the throw.

The second video is a throw to third base. Can see the drive of the body creating energy into the direction of the throw. Everything driving forward into the throw.
(Not staying back. Not shifting weight backwards.)
