Need sliding help w metal cleats

DD is using metal cleats for the first time and needs some pointers on sliding in 'em. She had no prior issues with her rubber cleats but she has shown some concern with her sliding on the metal cleats due to the fact that the cleats are getting caught up on her lead foot when she goes down on the slide. She used to do a lot of pop up slides and I read somewhere this can be a problem with the metals. Any tips appreciated!

Go back to plastic or rubber cleats . I dont think Metal are required and its not worth injuries.

real ball players wear metal cleats make sure you either kick out your bottom foot or bend it underneath then its a non issue...
