These bills are not dead by a long shot. The goofs in the house and senate just lowered their head in face of a nuclear explosion to survive. They will hunker down till they think it's calm enough to try sneak the bills through under a different name. The MPAA and RIAA have put too much bribe money in their pockets to let this go.
