I see this Dean Grazioso "guy" on all the infomercials about investing in real estate...
Am I the only one who wonders if "Dean" is really "Deanna", or used to be?

I think it's just that he's prepubescent.
Never ceases to amaze me that those infomercials sell what appear to be 19 year-olds as super-accomplished multi-millionaires. And people buy...
Want some decent entertainment? Check out John T. Reed's "guru ratings," where he basically eviscerates most of these yahoos. Reed actually is an accomplished R.E. investor who publishes some very good, reality-based material. In terms of his writing style, he reminds me of Sam.
