The procedure went very well, a few complications, one that may put her in med journal, apparently she has a very rare allergy to the chemicals used in a numbing spray they used to numb her throat. She had to have a camera go down her throat/esophagus (sp/?) to view an area of her heart that they were working on - and the numbing spray caused a reaction rare enough that none of the docs had ever seen before, - her lips/fingernails etc. turned blue, they had to get an antidote in her and treate that before the heart procedure could start. We didnt know until afterward - the procedure is about 4 hours long and this time it was like 6 hours so the doc explained all of this to us afterwards. Anyway, she was the talk of the hospital along with what they said was the brightest smile here in Austin.

But after all of that, she is doing great, and we get to restart the one year count down to determining that she is truly well this time and could get released from this bucket load of meds she takes everyday.

So thanks for all of your prayers. See you on the fields again someday.

She sounds like my wife. If there is an adverse reaction to a drug she WILL have it. I tell my wife she is like a frog. Any little thing in her environment effects her.

Glad to hear things went well.
