A couple years ago ... I saw a State by State breakdown on how many cases of ADD and ADHD were diagnosed, or over diagnosed ... I'm sorry to say that VA was high on the list if not the highest ... I believe that it is our F-uped society trying to put a label on their inablilty to get their kids proper diet & exercise and trying to sedate them with pepsi and videos/dvds ... but wtf do I know ...
