It is what it is, an unbelievable 71%.

I am 100% Latino, the situation is shameful because most Latinos have more in common with the republicans than the democrats. But they are abandoning their culture and values and trading them in for the freebees and entitlements. They are falling for the same democratic trap that doomed the black family culture. Today, 53.3% of all Hispanic births are to un-wed mothers, that number was 23% in 1980. 72% of all Black births are to un-wed mothers, that number was 57% in 1980. Some don't marry so they can collect on the government benefits that otherwise they would lose if they were married. How can we defeat this mentality?

I keep hearing that Latinos have more in common with Republicans than Democrats, but in what way? I don't see it, as reflected by that 53.3% unwed mother rate (which really surprised me, btw). That's a cultural thing, and not really aligned with conservative thinking at all, so I'm curious where the commonalities lie.

Hispanics are trapped in the progressive agenda and they don't even know it or see it. Most of the older Hispanics and their children are JFK democrats which is in no way today's democrats. JFK would be considered a right wing nut job today, that's how much the dems have shifted to the left. The elite democrats are the biggest racists and they use Obama as their filter to push their progressive/socialist agenda, Americans refuse to see the puppet strings. They have destroyed the black family culture and they are doing a good job at eroding the Hispanic family culture.

Btw, the un-web birth rate is 29 percent for white women and 17 percent for Asian or Pacific Islander women.

Heterosexual marriage is in decline, homosexual marriage is on the rise.

Great tread... Hadn't seen this is before my time.

I'd say two years later our country is in further decline. Almost feel like late 80's/90's when music was saying F the police or Fight the Power. Same song different dance.

It's getting old and I'm tired of all the PC in our country. Free speech is dead... Unless you have non white skin color (see what I mean? PC never stops!!) on the darker end of the spectrum. I don't qualify cause I'm an American of Mexican descent.
