Anonlooker, I am about ready to eat, so I didn't read the links - but I have worked in enough snackbars to know how many rodents might be present.

I never eat there. Just the dirt is enough to keep me away.

I might consider a professional concessionaire that has his own trailer, but that is all.

When the kids were in HS, I had to do concession duty, quite frequently with people who weren't very clean.

Problem with not eating at snack bars is the local restaurants aren't likely to be any cleaner. It's really a damned if you do / don't situation. At least if you die from snack bar food you can come on here and vent.
