I always invite them for dinner. Its time now - my good fall is at least a couple of fat does or a cull buck or two and then some 100 150 lb feral hogs. The meat, properly processed (that means - do it yourself) is so much healthier than the beef etc. that you get from the market and they get it from who knows where. Wild, open range fed, and properly dressed, aged, and processed - is healthier. For those folks who don't care for the 'wild' flavor, a taste that too me is liver-like - there are ways to take care of it. I don't care for a strong wild taste myself, never was a liver eater.

Vegetarian...Old Indian word for people who cant hunt
That camera is in Iowa btw...
Donnie, you forgot to mention game meat has virtually no cholesterol and no growth hormone fed steroids....
WARNING;
lack of steroids may keep your 10yr old from being 6ft tall and not getting that scholarship though;-)

Lucky hunters,,,I have shot quail,duck and loved both. Went deer hunting once but only shot Jack Daniels, or Jim, can't remember. However I do like and enjoy elk and deer meat. Game is one of the most special meals one can have.
I see further, because I stand on the shoulders of giants
