According to follow up reports... this POS is been sent by the parents to one of Newport Beach's private 100 K alcohol and drug treatment programs.

First let me say that I am in no way condoning the teens behavior so no lynching allowed. I'm just asking a question...What if it was your teen in this situation? Would you be disgusted about the sentencing or would you be somewhat relieved?

Some people are born on 3rd base. Some of us have to work for it.
In the end our rear ends will be smaller. Lol

The parents will be relieved of a few bucks after the civil suits.

The psych said wealth caused him to dissociate his bad actions from consequences. The obvious cure would have been to sentence him to jail time. He would then be dissociated from the wealth that apparently is to blame AND he would become quickly associated with the consequences of his bad actions. Problem solved.

And the civil suits would still be going forward.
