Like I said of all people you shouldn't have an issue with having an ambulance on site... I'm going to leave that part alone because that’s in the best interest of us all!.. Going forward if you believe that that catcher was blocking the plate without the ball and that was a justifiable reason for not one but two players to knock her down and slam on top of her. That's over the top! (Catcher didn’t have the ball but somehow an out was called??) LOL Typical of parents who have no clue how good teams play:?: Comedy! We have played better teams like the sorcerer (kiko's team) twice in our metro(pool play & championships) and the game was played clean with no complains!. Hmmm so that's a ton of BS! Also we have played AASA teams winning and losing some but the important part is that the games were played clean with very respectful coaching... So if that’s typical of parents who have NO CLUE then you and your FAN CLUB are right. And let me also add that this hasn't just happened to one player on our team or just happened in this game, this has happened to several different players on our teams along with different teams. So everyone is entitled to have their own opinion therefore I'm not going to feed into the other comments.. Enough said Good Day!-

wadeintothem wrote:As a matter of fact, football doesnt even need an ambulance. The teams always provided the medical support. When you get to JV and Varsity, there is typically a trainer and a doctor on site..lower levels, usually at least a medic or nurse - so yes, medical staff MUST be present to play, but it doesnt have to be an ambulance. Typically ambulance services post their ambulances at the field at no charge just to post them there. They get dispatched to calls from there and they leave, come back, rotate through. Thats why often you'll see a fire truck or two and a couple of ambulances. They are posted. It is a community effort to meet a clear recognizable need.

It is not only a football game that needs an immediate medical team. It is also necessary for all types of outdoor games. This is to give immediate medical attention to those hurt or injured players or athletes.
