Jesus H...where does Bobo get his umpires in $tockton?

Good point. It falls on the person running the tournament and the market. Provide good fields, good umps, good food and teams will return making you a lot of money. Or oppo...

I have to agree. That was some of the worst umpiring I have seen over the years. I would rank it just below something you'd find in DF softball. The TD didn't really seem to care either. After 2 days of bad calls our fans were becoming a little upset andwhen the TD was approached all he could comment on was how our parents were being too vocal. It wasn't just the balls and strikes. Out and safe seemed to be a challenge. Along with some basic rules that would change mid inning.

I think that Stockton does have some good umpires but we definitely didn't see those umps the majority of the weekend. All teams at the tourney seemed to be complaining about the same things on all 4 fields so I guess you could say it was fair after all. It sucked! I just hope the next time we play there we will have a better experience.

Will the Grapettes have the same umpires this weekend, I hope not that R & R tourney is losing fans fast.
