Nice first post

Thank you...I have been reading quietly for a while and thought I would finally post since I was aware that the Krush wasn't going to a nationals...

I guess you missed this post:

No I didn't miss the post.. I don't care where they are going I would prefer they not be a representation of the teams in CA that have good sportsmanship, and good standards.

They chose to play at the Cat Osterman Experience in Bellevue, Neb instead. It was decided on last fall.

Wow! Sure is quiet in the 12's. Could mean a couple of things: either you all realized the rankings are simply for the fun of it or the majority of the postees were on the losing side of thier Metros's..maybe both.

It seems like those that were supposed to win did athough aside from the Twin-Creeks showdown and Sacramento there really wasn't much of a battle for the others. Lady Magic and Breeze went back and forth to make it interesting with Lady Magic taking the crown. Sorcerer really didn't even begin to open the can of W-A in Hayward, no need to but still the team to beat. Sting got through Stars and Storm plowing through for their Crown. The Grapes took what was dealt to them, don't complain about it.

Lady Magic, Sting, Grapes, Sorcerer are all in.

Picking up a berth in Sunnyvale also was Strikkers, Storm and Rebels? I have not heard if Rebels have accepted yet.

If you want a ranking here goes but it's senseless because the top 5 can beat each other based on who in on the mound that day.

Sorcerer
Sting
Lady Magic
Storm
Breeze
Hot Shots
Grapettes
AASA
Strikkers
Stars

Have fun with it.

3 of the aforementioned teams with berths to Nats played each other last weekend in a friendly. How did it go? Very well... Results? Doesn't matter; it was "just a friendly." 3 VERY competitive NorCal teams doing exactly what they needed to do to prepare for the big show. Would have loved to see a couple more teams there, but maybe they'll work out another friendly here soon...
