Yes its in Linden and I believe It is Mizuno's friendly. I cant find any other info on it any where though as far as who is playing who. But it should be intresting for all of us who have been waiting to see how far along the teams are. I know it is early in the season and we all like certain teams. So just to see the growth from now till April and than in late July will be awesome.

It's a friendly and teams plan on playing to win? WTF? Is this about the coaches and parents egos or the girls development? Who cares if you go 3-0 in a backyard friendly?! Its february! If your on a team that's not currently batting all the girls in the lineup, pitching all thier pitchers and checking girls out in multiple positions your in for a long season!

Great point 1st to 3rd, sounds like the coaches involved in this friendly could care less about development. However, if you can keep parents happy by wins only, more power to you. The meaning of being a coach has changed a lot in the last few years, it's not about teaching anymore. I guess whatever feeds your ego...

The good coaches are the ones who are still coming out on top while doing all the beforementioned

Seriously lol! Well I can't say I blame some of the parents for moving around, sometimes a coach just isn't all he's cracked up to be:) Girls are pretty catty also, and if your DD isn't happy on a team, sometimes it takes some moving around to find the right fit. We have some of that going on with our team already and it's only February!!!
