In our first game on Saturday,one of our assistant coaches was ejected for leaving the dugout (reason/going to restroom) I'm not sure if there was more to it than just leaving the dugout. Despite a few bad calls, games went pretty smooth.

Umpires cannot have people come in and out of the team area, especially if they all ready have a dugout full of coaches. I am not defending the umpire but I appreciate the effort the umpire to control who comes into the playing field. My understanding if the coach had their 'ACE' card on them this issue would not have happenned (If he has an ACE card).
