Good and skilled coaches, who DEVELOPE its young players. Believe it or not, they are still out there. The Sting, Sorcerers and Grapettes have these types of coaches. Is every coach a "top notch" coach without problems, no. But the instruction given is of a high knowledge and competentcy.
All Organizations have their hang ups and problems. But, the ones that stick around are based on the philosophy of whats best for the girls. These Organizations have and will have a high quality of talent and perform at a high level every weekend. The names of the Organizations are very well known, state to state.
There are a few small Organizations that are trying to build. I wish them all the luck in the world. But they need to also understand, it will take them time to build their name and reputation. The Grapettes have been around for 25 years?!! It didn't happen over night, neither will theirs.

When talking about a top organization first thing I think of is strength of teams accoss all age groups..12U-Gold. I don't really count 10U. No other program in Norcal can touch the top 3. While SZ did have its day with some great players, recently much has been lacking. They should not be in this converstation IMO. Sounds like they are making some changes though. We will see what DF has in store for 2010.

Don't overlook the CCComets 12U team. They won three of the last five ASA "A" tournaments.
